Virtual Office Terms & Conditions
These public terms describe the standard operating framework. A booking confirmation, quotation, invoice, service order or signed agreement may contain package-specific terms. Where law requires a different treatment, applicable law prevails.

Service eligibility
Virtual-office service is available only after verification and may be refused where the proposed business, documentation, address use or compliance risk is unsuitable.
Customer obligations
- Maintain accurate identity, ownership and contact records.
- Notify Voffio promptly of changes in directors, owners, business activity or legal status.
- Use the address only for the activated purpose and term.
- Maintain statutory records and respond to government/bank notices directly.
- Remove the address from all registrations and publicity when service ends.
Service limitations
A virtual office is not a tenancy, lease, exclusive possession, permanent office, residence or guarantee of regulatory approval unless a separate written document expressly states otherwise.
