Information Security & Customer Responsibility Notice
These public terms describe the standard operating framework. A booking confirmation, quotation, invoice, service order or signed agreement may contain package-specific terms. Where law requires a different treatment, applicable law prevails.
1. Security controls
Voffio uses measures including HTTPS deployment expectations, secure session cookies, CSRF checks, prepared database statements, upload validation, rate limiting, access controls and security headers. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
2. Customer responsibility
Customers must protect passwords, devices, documents and QR credentials; use current software; report suspected compromise promptly; and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data.
3. Incident response
Where Voffio becomes aware of a material security incident affecting customer information, it will investigate and take reasonable containment, recovery and notification steps consistent with applicable obligations.
